We aim to dispatch your parcel on the same day as we receive the order, in the event that we have any problems processing your order we will need to contact you so please add an up to date contact phone number to avoid delays.
Although we dispatch your order on the same day via a Next Day delivery service this service cannot be guaranteed. Once the parcel leaves our premises it's in the hands of the delivery company.
You will automatically be emailed your tracking info so you can trace your order.
Please allow 48 hours before contacting us about missing parcels.
Any damaged goods must be reported immediately, by phone and within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
