Returns & Refunds

Returning an item you've purchased either online or instore is a simple process. Follow the steps listed below to begin a return or refund process:

Download & Print

Firstly and most importantly, click here to download and print out the returns form PDF. DO NOT send back any goods you have purchased without completing a return form.

Fill it out

After you've printed off the return form please fill out all the relevant fields correctly and clearly.

Place label inside

Once you have completed the return form please place it inside the parcel. DO NOT stick it or sellotape it to the outside.

Post it

Other Important Information

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging and/or including tags and labels if applicable.

Please allow 7-10 days from receipt of a return for us to process the refund.

Whether you choose to return the goods via Royal Mail or other courier service, please retain the proof of postage until the return process has been completed. We recommend a postage method that requires a signature or fully tracked service to ensure delivery success.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags & labels within 30 days of receipt. Items packaged in a box, e.g. boots, must be returned in an outer box or bag for protection. Please do not apply the returns label to the product packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: MD Racing Products will not cover the cost of returning your items.
